LIPPKE supply not only products of the
highest quality, but also high calibre technical service.
Highly qualified field engineers are
regularly trained by our suppliers and are available to support you upon
request.
Installation
The testing instruments supplied by us are
easy to install and to connect.
For those instruments needing fittings for
compressed air, gases, cooling water, etc. we will provide you with Site
Preparation details, which include all relevant specifications, prior to
dispatch of the system.
Commissioning & Training
For all the instruments supplied, we provide
you with detailed documentation and operator manuals.
Our field engineers initiate the start-up
and training of the operators. Training is crucial to optimise the
accuracy of our system and to maximise throughput. Our technical staff
will help you to design the test procedures that best fit the
application specific to the products you test.
On request the training can be repeated and
intensified either in your laboratory or in Neuwied. All the training
will be in English or German.

Our f.o.c. Hotline Service is continously
available even after the guarantee has expired.
Our service crew will try to answer your
technical questions and to solve your problems immediately.
We offer appropriate contracts for one or
more checks per year. Often more than one service visit can be executed
during a week, and costs can be shared to allow us to quote favourable
charges.
The maintenance / calibration will be
confirmed in a statement.
Alternatively, the calibration of testing
instruments can also be executed in our workshops.
Consumables / Spare Parts
Our stock contains all consumables and are
for shipping immediately upon receipt of your order.
Almost all of the spare parts are available
for delivery, service and repair.
Those parts which are occasionally out of
stock are usually shipped by our suppliers using overnight courier
service.
Repair / Field Service
We offer a full technical service for all
systems which we have sold.
Our workshop is well equipped with the
specialist tool, our stock contains all consumables and vital spares.
Our field engineers are factory trained and
capable of carrying out practically all repairs.
Before starting the repair you will receive
our cost estimate for approval and confirmation with your order number.

Rental
There are several testing instruments
available on a rental basis to allow your test programme to proceed
during the repair time.
