AB PLUS
Automatic Weighing and Sorting System for
Tablets and Capsules
The AB PLUS is an automatic balance system
for sorting batches of tablets and capsules and generating statistical
information about the product weights. Depending on the throughput
requirements up to 10 sorting modules could be operated from one
computer running under MS Windows. The AB PLUS is easy to operate and
sorts the various shapes and sizes without the need for special contact
parts. Precise repeatability makes compliance with stringent government
and in-house weight variance controls easier to achieve. The validation
documentation complies with the FDA computer validation requirements.
