LIPPKE GFC-1
Gas Flow Controller for optimized dosage of
protective atmosphere on Form-Fill-Seal Packaging Machines
The LIPPKE GFC-1 adjusts the gas flow on the
principle of "as little as possible and as much as necessary",
taking into account the gas demand (i.e. machine speed, package volume,
etc.) With the GFC-1 it is merely necessary to dial in the required head
space oxygen figure. If for any reason there is a deviation from
set-point then the gas flow will be appropriately increased or
decreased. Use of the GFC-1 is possible with any oxygen analyser
providing a 4-20 mA output signal. We suggest the use of a TORAY LF 750
analyser.
